Payment Options

Designs by Geri accepts Visa and MasterCard. You may also telephone us with your order or e-mail us with the item number that you and and your contact information. We will contact you for payment information. DO NOT send credit card information in an email. This is a secure website. All information is encrypted for your security. We use Authorize.net for our credit card authorization.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Designs by Geri wants you to enjoy and wear your item for years to come. Our refund/exchange policy is as follows:

If an item is received damaged you must contact us immediately upon receipt and then contact the United States Postal Service or UPS to file a claim. Returning the item to Designs for Geri will nullify the insurance with the carrier. We are not responsible for damaged item claims that are not handled properly. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Should you receive an item and it is not to your satisfaction, you will be entitled to a store credit or a refund. All shipping/handling fees and a restocking fee of 25% may apply and will be deducted from your credit/refund. To receive a store credit or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item being returned must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" (defined below.

Our definition of "new, unaltered and unused condition" is:
Any item being returned MUST be:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

  • Returned with all original tags in place  - tags MAY NOT be removed and then put back on - they must be in place exactly as sent out.

  • Must not be a special order or a custom ordered piece

  • Without having been engraved, altered, resized in any way

  • Within 14 days of the ship date

Return Shipping Requirements

  1. Contact us and obtain an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number within 48 hours of receipt. this is easily done by contacting us and requesting an RMA number. TAKE THIS NUMBER DOWN.
     

  2. Package your item. Securely package your item for shipment using the original jewelry gift box if applicable and comparable packing equipment as it was shipped with. Make sure all of the original packaging and collateral material including packing list and invoice (or a copy of the invoice).
     

  3. LABEL THE BOX. Make sure to Label the box with the RMA Number.
     

  4. Insure and ship your item. Based on the value of your invoice. If the item is valued at less than $500 you may whip with any carrier of your choosing. Be sure to ship your item fully insured (insured for the full value of the item as listed on your invoice), and request a return receipt or other type of delivery confirmation. If the item is valued at more than $500, please use USPS registered mail or Fed Ex and confirm that you can insure it for the full value of the invoiced amount.
